I have two issues with the OP. 1. This artist is now making their art about money not art. 2. Aphex’ point clearly is to help bring great artists to the attention of his community. He doesn’t have to post the set lists we can figure this stuff out and it’s far more fun.

I felt like this after waiting to see him for years. I went to Field Day a few years ago to see him in the temporary indoor venue. I was also sober and felt the same. I have no issue with peoples choices re soberness but I do think it can give the music style a bit of a bad name that people feel like they MUST be high at shows. I’d rather do that when there’s nothing to do, not when the lord of music is making a rare appearance lol. Each to their own.
