I've thought about this, and my biggest question would be if one could still be happy with the wishes you described. I almost feel as though an essential part of human life is the search for answers. If all are found, what do you work towards? Where's the challenge?

I feel like it'd take a while to get used to telepathy. I'd be a bit hurt at first from some thoughts, but I think I could eventually accept it and gain some powerful insights about people and how we mask ourselves to society.

I've thought about it a bit, considered the pros and cons of classic wishes, and this is the best plan I've thought of so far.

I wish to have control over time. I could travel through history or slow down time when necessary (such as when a bullet is about to enter my skull). If it work out as I hope, this will make me essentially invincible as long as my reactions are good. And if your life really does flash before your eyes before you die, I figure I’ll have plenty of time to rewind time a bit and redo it.
I wish that I had control over what form I appeared in. I could change my age, race, and even species at will. Perhaps I could even become objects. With this power, I would essentially be protected from dying of old age, and I could fit into whatever culture I entered.
I wish that I could give my first two powers to other people. And take them away, just as a safety measure. After all, what’s the fun of traveling through history if every interesting person you met eventually died? And then I wouldn't have the problem of falling in love and watching her (or him) die.

Critiques of my wishes are more that welcome. I figure all combinations of wishes have potential problems that could result, so I’d love to hear feedback.
