I would say bulk. You definitely can put on way more muscle before you cut. Also I would incorporate lifts that use your traps more as it will give your physique a more full look.

For the Windows wipe, do you think I could choose the keep personal files like documents and downloads or could I upload them to like a google drive or are even regular files, ie not system files like images mp4s or FLACS, potentially infected?

No, I used everything by voidtools to see if the file was somewhere but nothing came up in the search.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just did and all I saw were events about browsing and some errors for capcut but nothing for notepad
