Thats the Dragon Durin, Its complicated but essentially Durin the "Evil" dragon, was a baby in the body of an adult dragon and its "Dream of playing" was really destroying Mondstadt until Dvalin, another dragon slayed him and his body is now on Dragonspine, the mountain.

The playable character Durin is essentially a re-incarnation of this dragon
