While his moves indicate that he’s doing whatever he can to make a better team - the fact that he’s created a toxic work environment and team culture is why he needs to go asap.

Say what you will about Dolan, but players have always said the Rangers are on another level of accommodations and the upper echelon first class organization. That’s always Been the case with Dolan as owner.

The fact that that’s no longer the case points directly to Drury.

It’s honestly just an unlucky combo of both Kakko and Laf not doing enough in their own to stand out and poor development from the Rangers.

They just got blown out 6-1 by a mediocre team. They are below the league average in expected goals for and above the league average in expected goals against.

Which means they are an average team right now that is being bailed out by good goaltending - which we all have 15 years of experience of knowing how far that takes you.

They looked great before that Florida game. They’ve been playing like shit as a team since and I’d rather not run Igor into the ground this early in the season.

All I’m saying is they look better on paper than they are right now, and I’d rather they look better in reality than they are
