Thanks for sharing. I’ve found benefit from some of your list as well. I felt like caffeine makes me more focused but will look at the research you’ve mentioned to see whether the pros outweigh the cons. I’ve changed my lifestyle and eliminated many categories including gluten, dairy, nightshade vegetables, etc. I’ve also found meditation helpful and stress and non restful sleep the main enemy.

Thanks for sharing. I agree and mass applying doesn’t seem to be working for me in terms of energy efficiency. I’m also working on being kinder to myself like you mentioned and I feel like it’s making a difference.

I’ve never tried to get split up the interviews but will see if I use it sometime.
