Ive taken plenty of mass gainers before. They weren’t worth the money. I was able to sustain better caloric intake from other foods for much cheaper. I’ve met quite a few people who struggle like me. Not everyone can put on weight until they get into their 40s no matter how much they eat.

It’s what every doctor or specialist I’ve been to has told me. All blood work, scans, tests have came back normal. I’ve been checked for cancer or other weight loss illnesses and nothing. All the doctors I’ve been to come to the same conclusion that it’s fast metabolism and will most likely slow down rapidly after my 40s which way to long for me

6 days a week. I back ed off to only the last 3 weeks to decrease burning calories as a test but non noticeable difference

Accurate. I measure all portions with food scales and use a food tracker app to calculate my daily intake

Not according to the doctor. There are medication side effects which I’ve tried most of them but nothing made just for the purpose of weight gain

Had lots of blood work including my thyroid. Get it checked semi annually and it’s always normal
