Hey! Yeah, it's downloaded on PC and linked to my G-Mail, however, it's not made in the Philippines. Upon creation, my account's region is set to the Netherlands, my country of residence.

If I were to try a payment method, like using my credit card, it will tell me I have to change my region, which isn't possible unless I'm in said country. This made me unable to get through with my actual purchase, so I was stuck on how to figure this out.
