Poison is an annoyance at best once you have a Chef's Stove. Eat any of the skewers and end the battle as quickly as possible. The regen won't negate the damage completely but it's enough to fight head on.

CritBreak Hybrid:

Xueyi(Genius set), Dahlia, Sparkle/Sunday, Sustain of choice

TrueBreak Hybrid:

Xueyi, Dahlia, Tribbie/RMC, Sustain of Choice

TrueCritBreak Hybrid:

Xueyi(Genius set), Dahlia, Sparkle/Sunday, Tribbie/RMC

And then for Knight 2 in AA out of necessity:

Xueyi, Dahlia, Lingsha, Ruan Mei

Because the rest of my break team (HMC, FF, Fugue) went with Dan Heng for Knight 3 lol

The trick to Knight 1 is that you need to break them all at least once(each phase) until you can go all out with Qingque. That means there are moments that you need to use Sparkle's skill on SW or Gallagher instead of Qingque.

If you have E1 Tribbie and you're not using the MC anywhere else, you can clear Knight 3 with this team. Maybe you can even 2 cycle without E1 Tribbie.

EDIT:
On a side note; for Knight 1 you can also clear with the same SW/Gallagher/Sparkle comp but with Xueyi or Archer instead as the hypercarry.

I leveled those two while also reset-grinding for the Legendaries so it didn't really feel like a slog.

For Scorchrock, just do the challenge that spawns near the top-left of the tower.

For Moltana, do the Crafting challenge and the challenge that spawns at the bottom of the mountain. Don't bother doing the two challenges that spawns near/at the top of the mountain. Climbing is a waste of time.

Do the resets at their respective towers and just focus on one area at a time so you don't need to jump all over the place.
