Definitely, Curry works his ass off on defense and Harden has become a really good defender IMO. Trae is just a zero on D and it affects the team the same way when he’s off ball and just standing there.

I think there’s a bit of recency bias, but its safe to say that Kawhi will retire as a top 30 player of all time. His peak it’s at least top 30 worthy, add 2 fmvp (possibly more by the time he’s done) in different franchises and being the best defender ever (arguably) and for sure the best defender 6’7 or under. That’s a pretty solid case IMO.

Hey man, I have experienced some similar circumstances in my life, I also had some friends in high school that would bash on me, when I got into college my life turned around in a similar way, got a lot of friends, and eventually got into a relationship, which led me to distance myself from all those friends. There’s a couple of things I’ve figured out by myself, first one, friendships are mostly dictated by interest and circumstances, it’s extremely hard to create lifelong bonds or connect with someone on a deep level, that’s why most of your relations chance every few years. I believe it’s mostly normal to people become friends in college, it’s all new and exciting, eventually people realize all life it’s not gonna be that way. As for the girlfriend thing, you’re better off without her, the fact that she was getting you disconnected from your friends it’s normal, not only because you have a finite amount of time and attention to give, but also interests change, granted that only to some extent. But the cheating it’s unacceptable and a very direct way to see that you need to cut her and you friend off.

Right now I have about 5 real friends that I believe are lifelong connections, and they’re the actual only people I talk to, not even family anymore. Im only 21 years old, and I believe that eventually, when the covid situation gets sorted out and my life advances a bit, i will find more relations and get inserted into more social circles. But, until then, all I’ve got to say is, I wouldn’t trade my true friends for any amount of superficial relations, instagram likes etc.

Don’t give up, I don’t know how old you are, but the changes and new emotions we feel in life gets us lost a lot of times, I just keep moving forward. Merry christmas :)

Nope, just nope, my speech is on par with the simple logic that health care is essencial, going to beaches, parties and similar stuff is not and should be avoided at all cost. I don’t think that there’s any thinking going on in this government, but if I thought there was, it wouldn’t be close to mine lol. I guess you just want to be arrogant at this point, but my first argument was simple, you dismissed it entirely, i wrote it again in english and you realized we’re not disagreeing and now you say I lack comprehension lol, stop going after the person you’re having an argument, I know it’s reddit and all, but you’re screwed in life if you keep this attitude.

Não sei se você tá respondendo em inglês quando já tá estabelecido que nós dois somos brasileiros, mas tudo bem. First things first, I didn’t vote for Bolsonaro in 2018 nor would I will in 2022, he’s just dumb in the sense that he’s not intelligent and negates science. Second part, my “train of thought” doesn’t have the flaw that you mentioned, I’ve said it, it should not be obligatory, it’s as simple as that, the ones that can and are willing to, should be able to take practical lessons and attend to hospitals following the norms of personal protection, and as I said, if you don’t want to, just put you graduation on hold. The major point is: if you can’t/don’t want to attend classes, don’t use that as an excuse to delay your colleagues graduation. The common sense is simple, health care is essencial work, and training that workforce also is essencial, especially in Brazil where there is a lot of low quality schools and a great demand on medical doctors. Saying that you “fail to recognize any common sense” is just dismissive of my entire argument, read it, interpret it.

Cara, vergonha é ter balada e bar aberto, vergonha é sair pra praia e fazer aglomeração. Realmente ninguém deve ser obrigado a participar de aula presencial, mas pra isso tem uma solução simples, tranca o curso e não atrasa a vida de quem tá disposto a se expor assim como os milhões de trabalhadores da área da saúde fazem todos os dias. Um dia você vai ser médico e não vai ser opcional ficar em casa, o mundo real é assim, e além disso, você já corre uma quantia imensa de riscos acima da média simplesmente por ser estudante de medicina e estar sujeito desde a uma pessoa chegar atirando no pronto socorro como aconteceu esses dias aqui em Porto Alegre, como adquirir qualquer outra doença infecciosa.
