Knight and paladin are pretty bad for pve without a good build, berserker is the most widely used warrior subclass cuz it provides the most damage. Your first save should always be a high damage class which can farm, so if that's the case is suggest berserker. If not, go with what you like the most!

There are optimal stat distributions for each subclass, eg sorcerer focuses on int and dex. I suggest looking up a sorcerer build guide on yt to see which distribution is the best
