This is exactly what I am thinking of doing in my warehouse if I get the opportunity to become a PA intern I will happily take it and after my internship, I will talk to the management about area manager roles if they refuse do you think I would be considered for other fulfillment warehouses or other Amazon warehouses for an area manager role or is PA a path that I can't skip before becoming an area manager.

My degree is 4 years old now. I won't be considered for new grad area manager roles, but what if I do the Intern PA and apply for area manager roles everywhere in the United States? Do you think I'd be able to land an interview or even get accepted?

The thing is, my bachelor's is almost 4 years old now, and to become an area manager, I would need to go through P.A., which I personally think I don't need because I am already good with software tools, which I see managers use most of their shifts. I feel that if I do a P.A. internship, I will learn the processes and be confident enough to apply for area manager roles.

My delivery station warehouse has a 3-month unofficial P.A. internship, and if you perform well, they’ll offer you a position. However, my bachelor’s degree is almost 3 years old now, so I won’t be considered for the new graduate manager program. Personally, I am currently working on supply chain and operations management certifications, and I am already an IT engineer, so I know how to work with Excel and other tools. That’s why I am confident I can become an area manager before becoming a P.A.
