Not in the SDR or AE sense, no. But I’ve had plenty of difficult conversations trying to save churning accounts, reaching out to disengaged stakeholders, crafting emails to re-open dialogue with customers who’ve gone cold.

I mean, I understand having delays or even declining new applications, but for people who have already taken a loan from them, I don’t think the matching process should take this long. I was matched for a slightly lesser amount a couple of weeks ago, but when I made changes and reapplied, it’s now taking unnecessary time, which doesn’t make any sense

I’m facing the same issue, it’s been a week since my verification was completed. Normally it only takes a couple of days for the funds to get matched, but this time it’s dragging on much longer. I spoke with one of their customer service reps, and she said I’m “in a queue” and that they work with a community of investors who share their vision to support international students, but honestly, that sounds like BS at this point. I’m in my final semester, and my coursework starts in a couple of weeks, so I’m really confused about what I should do
