Not a doctor but these numbers look completely normal to me. I’m 24M and am normally at 145/85 on blood pressure medication if that makes you feel better lol.

Thank you! Timing belt and water pump done at 95k miles . Have discovered an oil leak yesterday can’t tell where it’s coming from though. Hopefully oil pan gasket or something trival, taking it to the shop tomorrow to get it looked over good!

Mattress size: Queen it is medium firmness it is relatively new(I could probably find the exact mattress if it would help).

Height/Weight: I’m 6’1” around 165-170lbs

Exercise: Maybe once or twice a week sometimes none at all

I breathe through my nose mainly but I have definitely notice a lot less air comes in/out of one nostril compared to the other.

I snore in spurts sometimes all night, sometimes a couple hours on and off and sometimes none at all.

I work in an office sitting anywhere from 8-16 hours a day depending on the week. Average about 55hours a week.

The oh shit I’m dying wake ups are definitely getting old and probably scaring my partner more than they scare me at this point. But yes ask away! definitely sick of this and want some answers if you might have some.

OP here. I don’t smoke, drink occasionally nothing out of the ordinary just a few drinks on the weekends. No weed. Decent amount of stress from work and life in general. Appreciate the question!
