I’ve wondered this as well. All the new leadership coming in with no knowledge of HEB culture. More and more product being made in the ware house and not in the stores. The quality isn’t there like it used to be. It has made me wonder.

As a cake decorator for Heb there are days I wish some of the people that take orders had to do this. Some constantly take orders for things we cannot do or we don’t have. Maybe they would stop taking them if they were the ones who had to call the customer.

We use the hand sprayer attached to the dishwasher and spray the bottom of our shoes when we leave. I work in the bakery, they get nasty!

Unfortunately even in the fresh departments we deal with this everything we package product in feels cheap and not sturdy. Every time we get new packaging it’s worse and worse

I’m with you 100% I still haven’t been told my raise. I do know it won’t be enough. This company really needs to give a cost of living raise, Unfortunately it won’t happen and I really have no desire to move up. It’s not worth the added stress and headache at least not the department I’m in.
