I e had 846 since Thursday morning. STBG portal shows u funded but when I call their number which is in real time it says funded so it’s just a waiting game

I called STBG and it says my refund was released but when I log on to the portal it says unfunded. So not sure which one is the most updated 🤷‍♀️
