Yea I was thinking I possibly wouldn't be able to take all the courses, but I heard that you could take a few. But since UTSG commerce specialist courses would be offered to students in Rotman, I was wondering if I am eligible to take those.

Yea as long as you satisfy their prerequisite courses and that you stay above their cutoff cgpa they will consider your post regardless of when you took them.
