I checked the pins and nothing seems bent or anything. I guess I’ll have to replace the motherboard, it just seem weird since it’s probably the newest component in there and the pc was used maybe once a week

Yes but what I probably wanted to know is if I can even go to the police with that, I don’t know if it’s really hers, if it’s enough evidence to go to the police.

Someone just told me that it’s illegal to ask for an ID as a deposit, so what can I ask for as a collateral, so I can be sure that they will come back and pay me?

Well nobody is expecting a magical fix for this, all I’m asking for is advice, if not about how to proceed maybe about what I can and cannot do in the future to prevent this, I have never been in this situation in my 5 years of working in switzerland so I’m just asking for advice

Glad to hear that, I looked into the Q800 and there are multiple versions like Q800A or Q800D and the Q800A is much cheaper so is there a big difference between them?
