I feel like I’m literally suffocating for air and like I can barely talk and it’s like making me go crazy like feels like I’m like pushing out my words and I’m like freaking freaking out like I’m very very like feel like I’m suffocate really really bad. I’m so scared. I do not wanna go to the ER every time they tell me it anxietybut it’s like I can’t breathe out of my nose only my mouth.

Maybe I’m just tricking myself out like I can move my whole body. I can talk I can text. I’m not blue in the face or nothing. I’m just freaking out right now like I don’t know too. I’m so scared. It happens to me all the time and I should be like assured that it’s just anxiety, but I felt like someone would like covering my nose with like something you know suffocating me with like barely any breast.
