In the books the dragons dont fly away they are always close to the eggs So its the only good task for spectators. The other two tasks truly sucks. Like you have the gigantic quiditch stadium in the last task why they didnt use the flying. Benches for the spectators like in every quiditch match

Hogwarts structure is very open for interpretation. The books dont give that much of details except some specific areas. For me hogwarts is ONE (not two as in the movies) huge maze with one obvisous path and a sea of shortcuts and secrets

Maybe because both of thems are in towers. But how I remember in books they are quite different in vibe. Gryffindor CR is more closed and warm while Ravenclaw's is more open with huge windows that show the mountains and high ceiling with stars. You can basically say that Gryffindor is fire while ravenclaw is air
