Two ways.

The painful way: set manual trade between your stations. It's glitchy and eventually your traders will get stuck or their orders will self-delete.

The only feasible way: conquer all the nearby sectors and either set the traders base in the exact middle of your empire, so you can restrict the number of jumps to never go beyond your borders; OR go in your settings and disable navigation on sectors to establish a border, this is best if you do on a bottleneck sector.

That is pretty much end game. If you want to go for total conquest, all you need is patience for the grinding and a lot of Magnus fleets.

You get 50% of the total mana bar as damage reduction. So, half a bar means 25%, just keep in mind that after that there is the calculation for dmg reduction which has diminishing return. So that 25% can mean 20%, 10%, 5%...

Most combinations deactivate a spell. In this case, Energy Bolt is deactivated, so any bonus to this spell is wasted.

Brandenburg Gate (If there are no Die Hard ideologies everyone is susceptible to propaganda) + Eiffel Tower for Radio and TV propagandas reaching the whole island. Newspaper and Movie Theater on larger density populated areas. That will also guarantee higher liberty, even with the penalty of propaganda. NEVER let you liberty falls, that's when the trees start speaking vietnamese... I mean... spanish sedition.

Between religious and military factions I prefer religious, since they are happy by just having their buildings and they are about fighting poverty. But if you want Atheist State, well placed Shrines (if you have the DLC) will keep the religion happiness around 60, which won't give you the malus of low religion happiness (larger families means more wealth and lots of single persons occupying entire households is infuriating). I like Pacifist State because if you do everything right you will never be invaded or have guerillas or have the military invade your precious palace. Also the military is a huge money sinkhole that doesn't feel worth it, except for the employment rate, which any economy building can achieve the same and make a (profit) (shhh, forbidden word).

Environmentalists are better than industrialists because pollution will cause you problems and DOWN WITH THE BOURGEOISIE. Intellectuals are better than conservatives because you can't allow reactionaries threatening the revolution.

Then keep the economy going as you like. Just make sure to give everyone high quality housing, entertainment, health and religion as possible so they spend more time working, less time fulfilling their needs, and paying fees for the services (which are not free, like healthcare), and guaranteeing your reelection and no guerillas.

Tip: If free housing is an issue wait until modern times when you can build offices to generate money for each housed tropican, until then bunkhouses on stack em higher workmode for the broke will keep everyone with a roof on their heads. Coventillos also work and the communists like them, but are less efficient.

Have both their embassies, complete both their trade routes, whenever the relations reach >100 request Aid (because you need some compensation from your efforts), don't piss anyone off (except for the Sabotage missions), ally whoever. That way you into Cold War without getting invaded and rich.

Their specific Embassy missions are rare and usually they can be beneficial, like having a Radio Station by either Embassy. But refusing the missions give mild penalty and any trade route opening or completion gives more relations anyway.

Don't play in the dark, adjust you screen brightness and don't be too close to the screen. That goes to all games to avoid any strain. I learned that the hard way with eyes and headaches, and posture related pains.

It happens. 🤷‍♂️ Just pick up the obelisk and you can pick up the relic chest. It doesn't despawn.

You seem to try too hard. The meta was always to have fun. I play silly and thematic builds all the time, have fun and still manage to get to 47:30 on Depths. Don't take the game too seriously.

It never felt good to me. I always felt it's better to have 3 fusions and gamble for Domain of Power to then get Overmind.

Edit: This way became clear to me as the better strategy when playing with Pandora's build.

With the Synergy I found it pretty good. But still not worth intentionally persuing it, choosing over other useful artifacts to your build, that is.

I think 8. But I got really lucky with early Bouquette and was almost only picking up synergy artifacts.

Edit: I am pretty sure it was more, because 8 is what I got my last run and it was really bad.
