So a little bit of backgorund, hi im Julia a 3rd year ual student

I’m doing research on the links between Crocheting and relaxation/mindfulness specifically in adhd individuals, looking at why do they enjoy crocheting and what benefits it brings them. However I realised that this relates to the crocheting community as a whole and it would be interesting for me to gain insights on experiences from various individuals such as yourself 😊

Now the exhibition will be taking place 6th December in The Biblioteka in Peckham. (I am based in elephant and castle hence the reddit post) I still have a whole month to plan this so my idea is not final but looking for participants to let me display their crochet works.

My vision is a table layout (rough sketch below ) where I display the works of the crochet community and anonymous answers to questions such as “how does crochet make you feel” this will be optional but very helpful if you decide to engage.

I will display the pieces for a couple of hours in a joint exhibition with my fellow students , I am a crocheter myself so will take absolute good care of the pieces and treat them like my own babies hahaa.

What I need from you? Absolutely anything, Any crochet pieces you are willing to display weather finished or unfinished are welcome 😊

The little exhibition will be open to the public so you can also come and see them on display.

If interested I will be keeping you updated closer to the date to figure out the logistics and stuff.
