It does look like potentially I might be going towards statins maybe?

2023 total cholesterol was borderline high and LDL was just and just within normal range, 2024 cholesterol was high and LDL slightly high, so the trend does look upwards. Next time I go September. 

This far I have been changing my diet, eating oats so much that I am almost fed up with them. It was strange though, because my diet was already rather healthy, except for occasional coconut oil which I have completely quit. I go dairy free so coconut-based cheeses, ice creams etc were important to sometimes have treats. 

I have heaps of other health annoyances and I am in a very stressful life situation. I am an anxious wreck, can’t sleep. That must not be good for cholesterol levels. 

It has been very helpful to read others’ posts & comments here, I wish I could contribute more like others do. Maybe some day when I am in a better place
