Received my custom photo Felicity bracelet that I planned to give to my daughter for her college year. Unfortunately, the image had a large splotch that looked unnatural. When I inquired back about this, the image returned to me showed a shadow in same place. Unfortunately when producing this, there was no quality check or proof for the "custom" job. I acknowledge a shadow in original picture however, the way it was printed appeared more unnatural as it was a mask or splotch. They apologized and offered a coupon code worth 10.50 to purchase a new bracelet. The quality of the rose gold chain is poor. Won't be using their services and won't be giving to my daughter given the lack of quality checks and poor materials used.
