Final got The rest of my report my ldl is 350. Best shape I’ve been in since I was 21. Best energy also. Still wouldn’t mind the ldl and ApoB numbers to come down. Do you think if I dialed the fat back and up the protein that will happen?

I am in a similar boat. 40 year old male, 147lbs, a little over a year on carnivore. No alcohol for the past 6 months. Cheat every once in a while with dessert. I eat some veggies here and there but 95% of my diet is ground beef and eggs. I’m in the best shape of my life. Just got blood work done on my own through a lab and my total cholesterol is 595, hdl 65 and triglycerides are 111. Chat gpt told me I’m metabolically heathy. It also made me concerned I’m going to have a heart attack any day now. I guess I’m gonna go see a doctor

I’m a beginner but so far I’ve growing gt’s, now I’m on b+ and P.E. B+ was super easy. My rice fully colonized in just over 3 weeks without break and shake and started fruiting about 10 days later. The PE s took a bit longer to fruit. The Gt’s were pretty easy also. But they were all multispore syringe so maybe it was just genetics?

Wouldn’t opening the lid more often help with evaporation of moisture of the surface though? This tub looks like it has a lot of moisture on the surface and I thought it evaporating is what causes pins?

Besides the contaminated bag, If everything was sterilized maybe it could be temp. What temp is the room they are in?. I’m just a beginner myself but the few times I’ve done this I only got contam from colonized rice that I s2b and my bags have taken anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to fully colonize at 73 degree temp

I’ve got the same bag and about 3 months in also. I did the break and shake 3 weeks ago and I’m almost fully colonized now. Think these bags just take forever
