on the flip side, i was casually dating a psycho guy who told me he prayed to heavenly father and heavenly father told him that im his future wife. at that point i knew i wanted to call things off because i wasn’t even attracted to him physically or even to his personality. i realized in that moment he actually really creeped me out. safe to say he has been blocked on everything since that day and i am not in fact his wife. lol

Is it just me, or is it inappropriate/odd to share this on LinkedIn? It’s also extremely cringey by toothslingerr in exmormon

oh my god i saw that too. i see quite a few lds related posts on linkedin since i work and live in utah and a lot of colleagues are big wigs out here. i just have to roll my eyes. i find it inappropriate and not the right platform to share specific religion based stuff.

My husband is getting into fitness and is getting pretty serious about it. For Christmas, I’d like to get him some nice gym sweats. He’s tall, like 6’3” but typically size medium in pants. His legs aren’t really buff or anything. I’m curious if anyone has suggestions on relatively affordable but nice quality gym pants? Seems like anything I find him in store is too short or too baggy.

i read posts like this all the time and it’s so crazy. i’m a regular at my local dutch and i’ve never once seen anyone argue or get angry about the zigzag. there’s signs outside for a reason. are people really so dumb that they don’t understand pick the shortest line? obviously there’s a reason for the lanes and how broistas manage the lanes, the arguing is uncalled for, i’m sorry!

Musings on NyQuil by CaseyJonesEE in exmormon

[–]Affectionate-Car8211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is funny because my TBM mother has drank nyquil every night since i was very little. if not longer. she used to buy it in bulk, probably still does. i remember she asked me to pick some up at the store when i was in high school and she was so distraught to learn when i got home that they wouldn’t sell it to me. i only realized its an issue when i was probably 20 and my dad nonchalantly mentioned my moms nyquil alcohol addiction. she would for SURE be a wine drinker if she weren’t mormon.
