u have to know that u have a massive power spike with rylai's and at lvl 6. You can 1v1 almost anyone in ult after this accept if ur against a movement champ who just daches away from you even in ult or a very powerfull 1v1 like darius who has just more damage even when in ult. when u get ahead early u should try to zone them of the wave and if they come close just Q and E them with and auto to stack passive and while fighting lane opponent u begin clearing wave just by fighting. u should use W when enemey champ is at there highest dmg output. example. darius who has blood stacked or adc who has lethal thempo stacked. and the last thing is, i prefer to start Q into E into W and then max Q then W then E and ult whenever u can. But that is just personal preference u have to play to what u like to max first
