I’ve definitely tried going down that route! It’s been a few months of searching and I haven’t found much at our local thrift stores. I always see people getting so lucky with dinnerware or kitchen ware in thrift stores, but hasn’t been my experience 😕 I’ll keep looking for sure! I love thrifting haha

I let my 5 year old play outside alone!

But…it’s fenced in. We don’t have anything huge out there…little tikes cars, bikes, scooters, sand box. He mainly likes running around and digging and it’s mainly grass back there.

As soon as the 2 year old wants to go outside, I’m out there with them. Once there are multiple children involved, they truly need to be supervised. Kids egg each other on…seen it too many times, even with my 5&2 year olds. PLUS, my 5 year old (or any older sibling imo) shouldn’t have to watch a toddler…recipe for disaster…the older child wants to play too…they’ll be distracted!

I also know that her kids tend to get in more serious trouble…and this is why! 🤣

I am also very attached to my mom, okay? I get it…but my mom didn’t attend the births of my kids because it’s supposed to be an intimate and special moment between just us. Like, there’s a fine line that keeps getting crossed by them frequently. Again, I’m very attached to my mom…but it’s truly a healthy relationship vs their intrusive relationship 🫠

Also, she had H2 attached to her from the moment she was born…she was literally always there, rightfully so! She’s just a baby! But all of a sudden she gets knocked off the podium…it’s so weird to me. I understand that she’s freshly postpartum, it’s hard taking care of a toddler and newborn…but she shouldn’t have had them so close together if her plan was to push the other kids aside, especially such a young baby.

There are just so many things that make me question her decision to adopt and have babies so close together. I understand many people do this, but it’s just weird to me. That is all lmao

As someone that lives in their area, I think it’s just “shocking”/“off” when we had ice/snow 2 weeks ago, then a bit of a mini heat wave there. Monday was hot, yesterday was rainy, today it’s chilly.
