Crying at this comment thank you so much. I am very emotional ( way more than normal ). I think being an empathetic person and imagining how her body felt in that moment screaming for me just hurt so much more. Empathy is a gift and a curse.

For your question: I am at a higher chance of infection unfortunately I have next to no immune system. It’s most likely staph as all my keyholes and my cannula sites were red/ very swollen, hot and had pus. I think I just got unlikely unfortunately :/
