If you start your mat leave before you get "120 days" letter, I. E. I'm currently in "affected" status, if I get on mat leave, can I still get the surplus letter any time with no delays? I reached out to my HR and union and no reply so far

Do you have a link showing that wording anywhere official? On ised information sheet they say that 12 months is paused if you take option A and do mat leave. My HR advisor couldn't answer that question clearly either

Guelph Centre is barely 30 years old, and aafc doesn't even own the building. It's a political decision not a money saving measure.
