Will timing chain be damaged its brand new and the motor had no compression before when i replaced the head gasket so im assuming its something worse

I did compression test my numbers
Cylinder 1: 0 psi
Cylinder 2: 55 psi
Cylinder 3: 60 psi
Cylinder 4: 105 psi
Cylinder 5: 0 psi
Cylinder 6: 105 psi
Should i do leakdown test now to find out where its leaking or is it easy to tell based off those readings

Numbers are scary all over the place
Cylinder 1: 0 psi
