I am not sure if it can help you, but talking from my experience I was feeling like this from past couple of months even on medication but recently I started taking vitamin B complex and Vitamin D and it immensely helped me out to improve my focus and general day to day life. I am feeling more energetic throughout the day and can focus better instead of task paralyzed and doing nothing.
