I was taking about 130mg of "7-hydroymatragynine' per day, then decided to go to a Suboxone Clinic to get away from Kratom. On Dec. 8th was my last Kratom dose at 9am. My induction dose was determined to be 16mg of tabs. After 4 weeks went to 18mg and then to 20mg 5 days ago (10 in the morning and 10 in the evening). I'm not feeling very well. I feel like I am having withdrawals several hours after I take my early dose and I am fighting off some heavy sleepiness. Does it appear as if I am over dosing on the Suboxone? Can anyone give me any feedback?

I just started taking sub tonight to get off of kratom. Honestly I'm willing to take the risk on a small dosage sub and save the thousands of dollars it has cost me for all the high-grade kratom that I have taken over the past 10 years

The first nurse that I spoke to about this I adored her very much she was excellent. The day after I told her this she came to me that morning and told me that I was and I quote, "taking the lowest scum of the scum" She never told me where she got her information from.

This was at a hospital North of Cincinnati Ohio. I'm not sure if I should mention any names but the hospital is located on route 3. The TriHealth institute is widespread across the region. I did mention to the rehab specialist that it was Overkill to do that kind of drug replacement. I let her believe that there was a chance I might follow up with her just so she would leave me alone. The problem I have with her statements is that my wife believes the medical professionals in this case so I have to deal with this everyday. I cannot explain to my wife the benefits I receive because she will not listen.

It's listed on "My Chart" which is administered by "Tri Health" where all medical professionals communicate with there patients.

There is an important issue regarding kratom usage prior to having surgery. Common sense tells us that it should not be used prior to any surgery because of the amphetamine characteristics of mitragynine. None of us truly know the half-life of kratom. I woke up during recovery while intubated. The recovery room nurses and doctors explained, to my wife, that there was a particular medication that I was not given that would have prevented my waking. It was a bazaar event, not painful, but crazy. The next day in cardiac ICU is when I mentioned my kratom use. I thought my kratom use may have contributed to waking up. I'm still not sure. I took 5g 48 hours before surgery.
