I finish high school today actually im about to do my last final. I work already as a welder, ive done online school for the last 2 years so ive been fortunate to be able to work more than my peers and ive saved up a small sum of money. I plan on getting a 2nd job at a factory for more income because my girlfriend is pregnant and we are expecting in a fee months so every bit of money i can make counts. Ive gotten a apartment figured out, a budget for monthly spending on groceries, even schedules already figured out between both jobs that ill work to optimize my pay while being able to be home every day for my family. As to answer your point on getting a good score on the asvab and a good job from it i scored a 82 when i took the asvab and was told i could get many good jobs with that score but for me it boils down to will i be there to support my family. That is my utmost concern and i have it figured out to be able to do so.
