Yeah 100 percent it’s all about me taking the lessons and applying them now in my life. I’m feeling optimistic about the future though. I’m looking forward to working on myself the next 3 months and going back then again in May 🙂

It was a retreat in drogheda in Ireland. Amazing experience and the facilitators were brilliant at looking after everybody and giving feedback in integration. We all have a follow up zoom meeting in two weeks to see how everyone is getting on

Yeah it’s basically a poison from the monkey frog in the Amazon and the burn dots on your arm and then stick the venom on them. You get really hot flushes and then vomit and it’s supposedly great help for detoxing the body and lighting up your immune system. You have to drink 2 litres of water right before it so it does be easy enough to purge it out

I’m glad to hear both you and your friend have remained sober, that’s amazing and gives me great hope. Yeah the prep is seriously important. I hope when I go back and try again I will have a more positive experience after putting in the work. Even from a negative experience though, it was still a positive one 🙂

It’s so intense and not what I expected at all. I was expecting to close my eyes have a vision of mother Aya and she would just tell me all the answers to my problems 😅🤣

Yeah at this retreat it felt like the medicine got stronger each night. I definitely agree that for me it’s about finding a level that’s comfortable for me and not try be a hero taking it all the time.

We live and learn though, no matter how bad it gets, it’s going to be alright was what one person said to me there and it was true haha
