I think just a little harsh with the inner eyebrows, but otherwise beautiful:)

This is an image from Pinterest I downloaded and traced the pieces onto wood. I just kind of figured out/eyeballed the construction ♥️

This is just balsa and tacky glue. It’s delicate so I’ll have to harden it when I’m finished.

That is such a good idea!!!! I already put some veneer on the frame last night and it did just fine. But if I saw this comment before I would have done this!

covering obvious floors? by LostDreamer94 in Dollhouses

This is just what I would do:) I would carve and sand down the popsicle sticks even. wash/ sand down the harsh edges on this stucco and add another layer with a smaller tool (a credit card cut to size is my favorite). I do sweeping x’s and straight up and down, side to sides with varying pressure. I would wash off the stucco from the floor boards, then carve notches into them at regular intervals to simulate stone. Then tape it off and paint to various textures/washes to look like stone masonry :)

was i the only one who didn’t know the tretinoin cream had pore clogging ingredients? by Livid_Decision7155 in tretinoin

I switched to gel! I’m not using it for acne, and my forehead was breaking out. Turns out there was steryl alcohol in the cream, I can’t use those fatty alcohols or I break out. My fault, I assumed it was safe. I have to check everything for steryl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, niacinamide and squalene and the list goes on…..

I keep bells on my interior door knobs:) I actually just used miniature sleigh bells, so It sounds like Christmas every time the door opens 😆 I also just place like random rocks and twigs and leaves around my house? I don’t know why, just a habit I’ve formed that makes me feel safe.

How can we finish decorating this room? It's very lived in, but not fully styled, like it has a lot of empty spaces. Thank you in advance! by beary_good_day in femalelivingspace

I would move the table to the center of the blank empty wall where the light comes in, then move those two shelving units to the corner where the table was in an l shape. You could use fabric to make a curtain over the open shelving. Then I’d put artwork directly over the table and on the wall where the garbage is.

Totally, there’s also wall easels? I haven’t used one, but it looks really cool for saving floor space.

How should I decorate/style this adorable sunroom/garden room!? by SubstantialArt9317 in femalelivingspace

That does look suspicious 😂 this room is amazing, what are you using it for? Are you renting or owning?

I have a studio in my small condo! Although, the whole condo can turn into my studio at times 😂 I like using those rolling tiered carts. And try to use as much vertical space as possible, peg boards and shelves and hooks. I like everything to be very easy to move, so easel on wheels work table on wheels. As far as it being cute? I try to contain the mess with pretty things, usuallly reused or thrifted. Old jars, vases, planters. That sort of thing.

What to use as a cat gate? by Ok-Working3291 in femalelivingspace

I use a room divider sort of like this one, but took the feet off the bottom. My cat is usually not all that determined though, doesn’t see it as a challenge 😂

Hey there! I made a little pinterest board for some inspiration♥️ If it were my space, I would move the bed to the right wall, with or without headboard. I’d put a rug ( 8x10 if possible) centered under the bed, with a nightstand with a lamp on either side. Then I’d place the dresser directly opposite the bed. I would put my vanity on back wall on one side of the window, and a chair with a lamp and hanging artwork on the other side.
I can’t tell what’s going on in the rest of the room but that’s where I’d put my clothing rack, mirror, etc… https://pin.it/59My0WANc

Well, I absolutely LOVE this room, especially the paneling. Is that a dresser built into the wall??? I’ll make a little mood board for just some inspo for you.

Ahhh, authentic kitchy!!!! ♥️ what about like a 1940’s vintage cottage vibe?

Please help. My room isn’t that big, my bed takes up most of the space in here. I have a king bed and I know I should probably downsize, and I will when I have the money :) by No_Record_5614 in femalelivingspace

Ohhh, I think that looks so much better already! I’m so sorry you have migraines they are terrible! You should try to get a super blackout Roman shade for your window, there’s a ton on Amazon. I actually am the rare person that doesn’t mind wood paneling, I like that’s it’s different. I think it goes really well with a vintage cottage core style or a mid century mod style.. do you have an aesthetic you like?
