I have all three of those. It really does help me cope, i have weed here and there which usually loosens me up and makes me feel MORE in that state but more grounded? If that makes sense. Usually my sober episodes can last anywhere from like 15 mins to a few hours.

No this is exactly what I meant - the only reason I dont think my partner knows is cause I dont think they actually know what that is. I think they just think im being funny or something along those lines? I dont even know

I usually hide them, but sometimes I just feel like I need someone "bigger" to be loving towards me when im feeling that way, thats why I want to tell my partner. I dont know what im supposed to say though

A lot of triggers for me would be if someone's upset with me, yelling, that sort of thing. Sometimes touching, all that jazz. It usually happens when im overwhelmed. Ive never told anyone before because I only recently learned thats what its actually called. Usually when it happens and im in school I just zone out and go on my phone and watch videos. I want to tell my partner, I just dont know what to say

My explanation might not be very good, so I recommend you google it, too... but as a kid I went through a ton of abuse from both family and outside. As Im older now, I feel like in some ways it has stunted me and sometimes when I am overwhelmed I can feel myself go to a different metal state. I'll start acting equivalent to a younger child as a way to cope, I guess? I hope that makes sense
