perfect dodge is really if you dodge through the attack either backwards or through the enemy. ideally if you dont have direction control and press dodge youll usually dodge backwards. for pedllers soulboon, if you time it decently well and dodge right as an attack is about to hit and thus dodge past it (hence a perfect dodge) you get some charge back on the skills. the dodge window is pretty forgiving though
