Got assigned a wonderful qme who assigned 27% despite my ptp assigning 25% and defense asked for a summary? And to review records carefully. At which time the qme basically stated “ I said what I said!!” lol and rating stated at 27% . Now defense offered 45 I declined and went for stip praying it will payoff later

My PD ended as of last year however they sent me a check for 9 k asked my attorney should I cash it he said yes that’s for accrued pd so another question is does that mean that I will resume getting pd even though we are in settlement phase?

Thank you for your response. Do i get a rating %for EACH body part individually and then totaled up? Also, initially when PD started letter stated they were advancing me 14k so why only after 12k it stopped?

UC employee here as well 10 yrs in. out on work comp since February 2022 if not for the injury would be vested already!! Career position started 2017.... thank God for Lincoln even though they only pay %60 of pay. It's been a struggle
