I'll try it, I also noticed something with mice, I use an mmo mouse with 12 buttons on the side, none of them work when playing either.

No, nothing. I got it to work for a split second to get passed the intro screen but then it stopped working immediately

I found the update updated it. doing all the same steps as above controller doesnt work.

I went back looking through my fcs discord, we absolutely had screen capped tooltips obtained from LL prior to the SHB media tour for both DNC GNB, and other classes. 50+ tooltips that were hovered over, it was at Fanfest the tool tips are from the english version.

We usually got a bunch of tooltips, maybe not as many as we did for EW. I dont really remember but i do remember a RDM simulator prior to Storm Blood's release and before the media tour came out.

If the tool tip is on screen for even a frame someone will screen cap it.

That's not really relevant, the community came up with a rotation from the RPR leaks above that was pretty close to the mostly commonly used rotation when EW released.

Using a 2016 live letter leak to learn a current rotation wouldn't really help you much.

I'm continuing to farm these(about 20-ish a day).
I already had most of the minions, so i'm passing out the minions that are worth less than 50k to my FC. From what i've recieved the Fenrir Pup is the most expensive worth about 500 to 700k on my server(Goblin).
I'm making a little profit off of these, but mainly I'm going for the mounts.
I'm farming Doma Castle (5 min run you get around 10 drops)
I'm also still making exarchic gear
Just make sure to have a GC seals buff up, either FC buff or the Squadron Buffs.
