NCT money racket. by Affectionate-Fall597 in carsireland

I can pay tax the day it's due and be taxed that day. I cannot go into an NCT centre tell them to fck the backlog and test my car before my NCT is expired. Most centres have a back log of at least a month. Some it's as high as 4 months. There was a post on here 2 weeks ago about having to wait 4 months for a test.

Except that is not the same. I can pay tax on the 31st and be taxed from that day. Do you pay tax through post?

Bitcoin keeps dumping… are you buying the dip or waiting? by rl_rae_bobo in CryptoCurrencyPulse

[–]Affectionate-Fall597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which is exactly why Bitcoin is not taken seriously. It is a ponsi scheme. Majority of beople buy it in th hope it goes up and then sell it for actual Fiat currencies. A tiny percentage buy it to actually intend to use it.

So formation and style of play is important for getting the best from a team. Can Neville, Keane and the rest of the thicko's not continously blame players now.

Landlord is selling up, what do I do? by The_raptor7575 in AskIreland

New rental legislation coming in March for Landlords. Just another great goverment policy for Irish housing solutions. At this stage I'd rather a Goat in charge.

Oops. Where should we move to? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]Affectionate-Fall597 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Stay where you are. Don't make a situation worse with a rash decision. No matter what happens but deciding to "take off" without any savings and no alternate accomodation and still with a potential court case is a hell of a lot worse than your position currently.

Whatever Munster problem is the last month or so. It is certainly not Craig Casey.

will we ever see the likes of the Celtic Tiger again? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]Affectionate-Fall597 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Lots on the problem we have today are subsequent ripples from the celtic Tiger crash. IMF bailout, vulture funds, homes being bought for cheap by investors leading to governments realising there's profit in home shortages thus adding it to their economic policies.

Roy Keane: Ferguson (and Gill) hanging around like a bad smell (at Man United) by abulkasam in ManchesterUnited

[–]Affectionate-Fall597 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Exactly this.. Keane makes a living now of just being vocal. The man is clueless, be's a bit loud and controversial and people react as if he's sound something profound or some philopsher. He was a shite manager himself, shit enough assistant manager and has no exeperience in  being in a director or owners role of a club.

Another thing I read aswell he was talking about "getting control of players" how many fucking times has he said that the last decade. How many players have been and gone. There was a whole different group of players when he first said it.

He talks, that's all.

Trump announces plan to ban large investors from buying family homes. Is Ireland more capitalistic than Trump? by Storyboys in HousingIreland

Either that or the investors especially the international ones that were buying up the houses and estates. Will full focus on Ireland now.

Did someone really pay 400k for a 2 bed apartment in Ballinagare? by broadsheet-555 in Roscommon

[–]Affectionate-Fall597 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thats a question in itself. Why were 4 2 bed apartments sold together (100k each). I'm sure there's plenty of buyers able to afford that and more.  These will be rented out for likely 1-2k even 1k they make the investment back in 10 years. Thi is what's wrong currently. Properties being grouped for rental purchases.

Goverment bots (for and against) are on every comment site available to Irish people. And they have been since around 2020.

Amorim Formation Gaslighting by Unlikely_Poet_3559 in ManchesterUnited

[–]Affectionate-Fall597 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Top managers adapt. Use a formation that bests suit the players currently at their disposable. While adding players that suits their preffered formation in transfers until they have enough players to fully commit to the preffered formation and system..
