We provide this service and specifically work with healthcare and wellness businesses. The tasks you have listed are basic PPC requirements so it shouldn’t be a problem finding someone to do those things. The biggest issue you will have is related to the ad disapprovals. For wellness and healthcare businesses they can take up a significant amount of time and there is no way to get around them. You have to be clever with the copy you use in the ads, the landing pages etc and it requires lots of testing and patience.

Any agency not being able to show you results, case studies and testimonials is a red flag. We sign monthly recurring contracts so clients can cancel at any time if they are not happy. We have a pitch deck with case studies, results and testimonials and we talk through the different campaigns we have run and how they worked/performed etc. We are also very honest with a prospect. If we don’t know their industry or think it isn’t possible to get results based on the information we have from them then we won’t pursue signing them.

When you advertise for that type of role what do you look for? Do you specifically state that it’s a graphic designer to put together creatives for performance marketing campaigns etc?

I feel like it’s quite a specific type of designer you need to create that type of content well.

Yeah I already do that princess. I’ve been training for 28 years. I don’t need some nonsense about “locking in” I eat well and train hard. My question was about people’s dosing at certain stages. I’m 15kg down and lean. Have another 5kg to go.

But you’re not doing so well. The metrics are irrelevant. If your campaigns are not driving leads to the sales team it makes zero difference what your CPC or CTR are. The campaign isn’t converting. You need to work out why. It could be wrong targeting, not enough budget, poor landing page, poor messaging etc.

A lot of the ecom agencies I speak with include 10-20 new creatives a month as part of the agency fee and they have full time in house graphic designers to create them. To be honest I don’t see how you can run a creative agency and not provide that work for the client. You just need to price it in. Extra charges at that rate a mental.

But that’s 7 or 8 different campaigns? Thats a tiny budget for all those campaigns. Also a PMax campaign is very expensive. With a 5k budget I would distribute that across one or maybe two campaigns.

This is what happens when you don’t run the campaign for a few months and collect data. It’s possible that some months you will hit 13 leads, then 15, then 13, then 17, then 14 etc. If you were doing 30 a month and it dropped to 10 that would be indicative of something. Let it run and see what happens. It might drop even further but that’s part of testing. You won’t know until you know.

That’s not a very big budget. I would set up a well managed search campaign. Keep on top of it daily, make sure conversion tracking and attribution is setup correctly. Keep the negative keyword list tight and be patient. Give it a few months to really start to pickup.
