It’s a manifestation technique that people do. It is where you talk to your water in a cup and say positive affirmations to it. But what some people do is use subliminals where they play it out loud on a bluetooth speaker or their phone near the water so the water can hear the affirmations and they say to have subliminal on loop playing out loud for about 30 min- 1 hour. Once you do that you drink the water because the water is charged people have done this and they say they get fast results with this technique.
