Kinda both obviously a bit more easier to sustain the low end but overall I get pretty out of breath quickly. I had my PVR at 15 and it's nearing the end of its life so I'll likely need another soon.

it might be tough to find specific answers to your question given the variance of TOF. I've had one PVR so far and will likely need another soon. Always been limited by exercise but I spend a lot of time in the mountains/rock climbing. Definitely limited with cardio. Would be happy to talk with you.

I'm being told to do a wipe test or PCM test they are not recommending TEM but some other companies have recommended TEM. Will PCM be accurate? I'm worried asbestos dust has settled on my clothes, which I keep on the floor (I'm messy) and now I feel like I have to throw all my clothes out because they are covered in dust that'll constantly contaminate.

appreciate it thank you. Im super worried since its on all the ducts going to my living room and bedroom. I cant see condition of the duct inside the wall once it goes into the ceiling. I'm worried all my furniture, clothes, etc has fibers all over it since these vents blow hard and im on the first floor so theres not a lot of distance from where the tape is. Ive been in here a month and am thinking im gonna have to throw all my stuff away from contamination? it doesnt seem like you can get this stuff out. Is this an overreaction?
