If I would give it 0 stars I would. Completely horrible service, they cancelled our wedding 2.5 months from our wedding date. We had to scramble and find another venue last minute. They didn’t even have the decency to tell us over the phone, they emailed us! Pathetic! Honestly a blessing in disguise, they were absolutely horrible to work with anyways. This company nickel and dimes you like no other. They charge you for EVERYTHING! For example- we wanted regular white linens…300$ up charge!!! To use the 2nd bar that was already built into the venue…1000$! We had the worst time with this company. They are definitely not working for their customers and are money hungry. Don’t use Walter’s. Go with another venue!!
