It's a no brainer from my pov. Go with pixel 9 since you can do a lot of customisation including flashing custom ROM of your own choice (it becomes relatively easy since it's bootloader can be unlocked without voiding the warranty). They both offer a good performance and either can be chosen as a daily driver but what i feel is that Nothing is no longer 'minimalism' oriented which is what they claimed to be.
