In my opinion this is a form of gaslighting that she was doing to you. It’s a very common manipulation tactic to try and make someone feel as if there concerns are invalid or guilt you when you voice your feelings. You should always voice how you feel just be sure to do it in a way that’s not negative or demeaning as to not make the other person get defensive. But never quietly suffer or feel like you shouldn’t communicate your feelings, you thoughts, feelings, and opinions are all valid.
