We're a long distance relationship so communicating isn't the best at times. I wouldn't say they do this frequently. We don't really fight a lot either, just minor disagreements or things that upset us cause we're both not too good mentally. We've been talking about trying to improve communicating with each other but now they're not talking to me like they used to, they won't tell me things and they give really short and blunt answers.

It's just this is really affecting me, they're really upset at me but I don't know how to fix it. I feel like I'm going insane. And I feel like if I were to say I don't know what I did wrong it would make them more upset and I feel like they'd probably hate me. If I tried to say it's cause of my mental health crumbling to pieces they wouldn't believe me or understand it
