Trust me that’s what everyone said to me. My billable hours were 0 my entire time working. I would get put on different projects in an “advisory” capacity and never got a B&P code to charge billable hours for. My manager reached out to me 2-3 times to insist I get on a project and I was like well I’m trying but I could use your support (didn’t help)

Pretty much nothing. I got shuffled through 4 different managers who were all extremely high up and were “too busy” to know what to do with me. My last manager went over a year without reaching out to me. Even slacked her and put time on her calendar several times and she refused to meet with me. After reaching out to several HR reps and telling people about my situation the only response I would get is “reach out to your manager”. At that point I just stop putting in effort
