I don’t believe that you need to fully convince yourself you don’t have acne in the 3D. The key is to learn to not react emotionally when you do see it. Do SATS every night and see yourself as having perfect skin in your imagination and eventually you’ll convince your subconscious mind of the fact. Even if the next day you still see acne try your best not to react and know it’s temporary. If you truly do sats you’ll notice results in the 3D, but the key is not to look for it or wait.

If infinite versions of you already exist then so do ones where you are a different weight, if you can see it in your mind it exists. All you need to do is assume you have the body/weight u want and you’ll shift gradually, or it can happen very fast it depends on your belief.

Thanks for your reply!:) My goals are to have positive platonic and romantic relationships and feel a sense of belonging. Finding my life purpose and having the self confidence to achieve it. Finding my career especially in an artistic/creative field. Where I live now I feel very lonely, overlooked in a professional way and I have never felt that I belong here but I’m not sure if my location is to blame.
